(aka Paco) was born in Barcelona in 1977. He studied Computer Engineering in the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya and had his engineering degree by 2002. He started to work in the Consulting Business, starting as system administrator while taking the degree. After that, he switched his interested to research and education areas, working for a year as a teacher and participating in European Projects like POP (IST-2001-33071).
Finally, in 2003 he decided to switch to a trade-off of the two kinds of interests, settling in PIC as System Administrator to support research. While at PIC, he has focused on the information technologies revolving around storage systems available at PIC, up to 2008, when he was promoted to lead the Storage group. He is curently the coordinator of the Services Area.

After doing in the PIC the preparation of her dissertation (undergraduate thesis) by the design and the implementation of a front-end web interface for a mass storage remote service addressed to clinical users, she formally joined the institution and started to work for the MAGIC Datacenter. From 2007, she is in the Services Area leading the Mass Storage tape’s System.
was born in Sabadell (Barcelona) in 1984. He studied Computer Engineering in the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and had his engineering degree by 2007. While taking the degree he started to work in an IT Consulting Business; first as programmer and end user support and later as system administrator and software analyst. In end 2006 he started the degree's final project "Deployment of a 10Gbps dedicated circuit between PIC and CERN (LHC-OPN)" with a part time grant at PIC, the Spanish Tier-1 for the LHC project.
In mid 2007 he started as full time engineer at PIC focusing in data flow optimization; involving high speed research networks) and distributed Mass Storage Systems in the grid. He is currently the PIC's disk MSS (dCache) administrator in the Services Area.
was born in Barcelona in 1979. He studied Telecom Engineering in the Escola Universitària Politècnica de Matarò (Barcelona) and had his diploma in 2003. He started to work in Analysis and Simulation as IT Consultant while taking the degree. His mainly work was Spanish first line support of Platform's batch system LSF (Load Sharing Facility). He also worked as System Administrator of UNIX Operating Systems like AIX, IRIX or HP-UX. After that, he moved to IFAE as dCAF System Administrator (he still has some responsibility).
He finally joined the Tier 1 GRID services in the PIC in 2008 where he is integrated in the Services Area working as System Administrator taking care of batch system Torque/MAUI and some other Grid services.
was born in Barcelona in 1981. He is Computer Engineer by Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and he finished his degree in the Växjö Universitet, where he wrote the Master Thesis. He worked four years as computer technician, software developer and network administrator in the Fnac Spain. At the beginning of the 2007, he began to work as Computer Engineer in Morse - Spain, where he became a technician of the Unix, Windows and Enterprise Management Departments.
In March 2008, he joined the Services Area at Port d'Informació Científica (PIC) where he is actually the head FTS administrator and also acts as administrator for the rest of the Storage services such as Enstore and dCache.
