If you would like to arrange a visit of the Port d’Informació Científica (e.g., for a student groups, professional societies, others…) please apply by fulfilling the below form. The visit, led by personnel from the center, lasts approximately 40-45 minutes and consists of a presentation of the main projects developed in the center followed by a tour of the facilities. Visits are limited to 25 people per group.

1. Applications should be sent at least two weeks ahead of the visit.
2. For security reasons, everybody entering in the center has to show the National Identity Card (DNI) or Passport. The Name/surname and identity card number will be registered by the UAB Administrative Dpt. for security purposes.
3. Groups containing children must be accompanied by at least three adults who take responsibility for them.
4. The instructions of the personnel of the Center shall be followed at all times.
5. The PIC reserves the right to cancel the visit if it fails to fulfill any norm or instruction of security.

For the purposes stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data provided in this form shall be included in a file, created under our direction, in order to communicate with you and t be able to conduct the process you are registered in. Moreover, we guarantee confidentiality in the treatment of your personal data which will not be disclosed publicly by us, nor transferred to any third parties without your consent. Such data is furnished voluntarily. Nevertheless, you are entitled to access the information about you compiled in our file, correct it if erroneous, or cancel it, as well as oppose processing of such data. As acknowledgement and acceptance thereof, you hereby expressly consent and authorize the Port d’Informació Científica to process the personal data furnished voluntarily, according to the aims set forth herein.

This authorization is valid until revoked by the data owner.
